All emails are acknowledged and responded to as soon as possible after receipt. All emails received after office hours, over weekends, or national holidays will be responded to on the next working day.

If the purpose of your email is about an existing order, please can you make sure that the email contains your purchase order reference.

If you are enquiring about particular jewellery items on our site, please insert the item reference number. This is shown on the product pages below the item title and is next to the heading ‘Item Ref’.
