Refund policy

We offer free* worldwide returns, refunds and exchanges on all of our products for up to 30 days after you've received your item.

At My Jewel World, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a hassle-free 30-day return period for jewellery exchanges, free of charge. However, for refunds, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

For pre-owned jewellery or watches, returns must be initiated within 14 days. Email us at for return instructions. Ensure items are unworn, with all packaging, tags, and in unmodified condition for a refund.

Please note, customized and engraved items are non-returnable or exchangeable. If any other item is non-returnable, we'll contact you before processing your order. Your satisfaction is our commitment at My Jewel World.

Once we receive your jewellery back and have had the chance to unpack and inspect it, we will immediately issue you with a refund.

Refunds can take 3-5 working days to show up on your card, bank or PayPal balance, this is not down to us, it simply depends on how long it takes for your card company to process the refund.

Please note that you must print and include the returns form that we send you with the jewellery that your sending back.

If you don’t included the returns form inside the package, we won’t know who’s returned the item therefore resulting in delays whilst we locate the order.

We always issue refunds back to the same tender used when purchasing your item.

We advise all our clients to get their ring sizes checked before purchase, but if you happen to purchase a ring and it turns out to be the incorrect size we are usually able to resize the ring for you. This service has a standard cost starting from £39.00. The exact cost will vary according to the amount of adjustment and style of the ring.

Please note certain rings, such as full eternity rings cannot be resized (returned or exchanged).

Here at My Jewel World we offer you a lifetime manufactures guarantee on all of our jewellery. If you believe there are any defects or bad craftsmanship in the making of our jewellery, you may return it to us for inspection. If we determine your product is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product or, if we deem appropriate, replace the item.

If we determine that your product is not damaged by a manufacturing defect then we will notify you and let you know if repair services are available at cost.

If for any reason your item arrives damaged or defective please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will arrange a free return so we can rectify the item purchased or issue you a full refund once the item is returned back to us. Please note that customised or bespoke items cannot be refunded.
