Stock Audit

Dear valued customers

We like to say thank you for your patients over the past few weeks with the delays in despatching your items and dealing with your returns. This Monday and Tuesday will be the final couple of days of the audit and then we should resume business as usual.

As you can imagine its not easy going through over 4500 different lines on the website so orders placed over the weekend, Monday 17th October 2022 and Tuesday 18th October 2022 will most likely be shipped on Thursday 20th October 2022 or Friday 21st October 2022. If possible we will try to ship your orders earlier where possible and while we deal with this audit our customer service team will be delayed in responding to your emails as they will be helping our stock control team complete the audit for a rough time frame on response to your emails will be approximately 48 to 72 hours.
